Wow , I am overwhelmed with the type of service I received today. The staff was fantastic. Ben especially excels in Customer service he was able to address all my needs and wants with a variety of options of frames. His thorough analysis of what frame would suit my high prescription (-7.00) was expertise to the finest. Secondly, I could not help but notice there was a warm and fuzzy feeling about how genuine the staff was, they made my girlfriend and I feel like we were really appreciated. They ticked all the boxes for what you want from retail optical service; customer service 5/5, knowledge 5/5, and pricing 5/5. I had an amazing experience at Focus optometry. My eye exam with Dr. Singh was Very thorough and he was very patient throughout and explained in detail my condition as well as tips for Maintaining healthy Eyes. They also have a great selection of frames which are priced reasonably. I also got lots of help from the staff in selecting a decent frame. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend.
